We are looking for an Admin & Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The postholder will provide administrative support to the Headquarters (HQ) office by assisting in general office administration. The postholder also provides accounting support to various programmes and ensures accurate issuance of tax invoices for services provided, debit and credit notes to payment collection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and office support, including managing reception area and attending to queries (phone and in-person), sorting mail and maintaining uniform supply. It also includes assisting in streamlining Account Receivable (AR) processes, audit support and updating subsidy information in the Client Management System. 

  • Assisting in Receivable Management matters, including but not limited to month, quarter and year end closing activities, issuance of tax invoices, preparing AR aging reports and audit schedules, credit/debit notes generation, cancellations and management of invoice discrepancies etc. 

  • Customer management, liaising with customers and internal departments on billing matters and monitoring customer account, following up for non/delayed payments and other irregularities with support from internal departments. It also involves Issuing statement of accounts and sending reminder letters to customers.

 

You:

  • A diploma or degree in Accounting

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to work with initiative and multiple concurrent tasks whilst working within tight deadlines

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite

  • Detail oriented, with good organisational skills

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
