The Early Intervention Programme (EIP) aims to provide quality early intervention services for young children with disabilities so that they may achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone to join our EIP team in Yishun Park School as a Senior Executive, Student Relations & Operations. The postholder will serve as a bridge between the programme and its clients, enhancing the desired level and intensity of engagement of clients to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining client engagement and satisfaction

  • Overseeing the student admission process and effectively managing the programme administration

  • Providing overall support to ensure smooth operations of the programme


  • Strong organizational and planning skills to establish priorities, organise multi-level tasks and manage highly detailed projects

  • Embraces empowerment in decision-making and resourceful in resolve issues

  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relations with key stakeholders,as well as to manage their expectations

  • Proficient in leveraging on technology to achieve efficiency and accuracy

  • Typically with a Degree in Business Administration or related fields

  • With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar settings
