    We are looking for a Senior Executive keen on creating social impact, to join our People & Culture team. 

    Our People and Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has an impactful workforce to serve persons with disabilities and their families.

    As a Senior Executive, you will perform the business partnering role, working with business units on people-related matters, including but not limited to talent acquisition and talent management, learning and development, employee wellbeing as well as manpower analysis and planning. 

    You may play different roles as part of the team:

    • Strategic Partner: Aligning people strategies to RC’s objectives. You will advise the units on the best practices, and design and implement appropriate solutions on people related matters
    • Change Agent: Partnering leaders to facilitate change
    • Administrative Expert: Ensuring Process Optimization and Efficiency
    • Employee Champion: Building an empowered, inclusive and thriving workforce
    • Other ad hoc duties as assigned, E.g. project initiatives and reporting etc

    Candidate Requirements

    • Possess a good tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 3 years of relevant Human Resource operational experience
    • Good knowledge in manpower laws and regulations and working knowledge in employee lifecycle components
    • Well organized and meticulous, with ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines
    • A team player who enjoy working with people, collaborating and working in a team
    • Good interpersonal skill to manage stakeholders and liaise with people from all levels
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to start immediately or within a short notice is preferred
