The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met.
The Senior Executive (Facilities Management) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption. The postholder will work closely with vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria and transport services. |

The Advocacy and Community Engagement (ACE) team leads the development and coordination of Rainbow Centre’s advocacy work that complements direct services and programmes with strategic advocacy and partnerships that can advance Rainbow Centre’s mission.
The Specialist, Community Activation , will play a key role in designing and executing placemaking initiatives that promote social interaction, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging within the community. The postholder will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance the physical environment and encourage meaningful connections among diverse groups. The postholder will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the placemaking project, managing resources effectively, and evaluating the impact of these initiatives on community engagement and participation. The role will involve building and nurturing partnerships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and success of RC’s community activation and placemaking efforts. |

The Executive (Administration Operations) provides administrative, and clerical support to the HQ office. Duties include general office administration such as maintaining records and adequate supply of office stationery, pantry items and corporate uniforms, attending to queries over the phone or in-person, handling office related tasks. The position also supports the finance department to ensure payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.

As part of the Good Life Services team, the Child Protective Service (CSO) leads in implementation of child protection policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of children and young persons in Rainbow Centre services and programmes.
