| The Good Life Services aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through the delivery of person and family centred planning services that support and empower these individuals, their family members and the communities around them so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives.
As part of the Good Life Services team, the Child Protective Service (CSO) leads in implementation of child protection policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of children and young persons in Rainbow Centre services and programmes. The postholder will work in close partnership with families and other colleagues, as well as stakeholders such as volunteers, vendors and other community partners. |

| Rainbow Centre (“RC”) envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities.
Employability Services (“ES”) aims to equip persons with disabilities with the necessary core and technical skills for meaningful employment.
The Job Coach plays a key role in assisting students to sustain their vocational training and attachments leading towards post school placements. He/She is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for students in job attachments and job placements.
As part of an interdisciplinary team and working closely with caregivers and employment partners, the Job Coach provides career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions to support enriching vocational placements for students |
