About the Role

We are looking for a Project Executive who will be working with the Project Manager and Driver of the strategic initiative to support project management, execution and resource management. The postholder will be for Strategic Initiative 1.2 MOVES, which aims to design personalized mobility solutions to provide accessible learning and participation to students with challenges in accessing community facilities.

The postholder plays an important role as the liaison on all communications and project execution activities for both internal teams and external clients. There will be frequent coordination and alignment across the three schools (Yishun Park, Margaret Drive and Admiral Hill).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in planning and facilitation of the development and acceptance of the project objectives and goals
  • Assist in the implementation of communication activities of the project and provide project planning and progress reporting including compilation of data, information and statistics
  • Support project execution which includes keeping project management tracking systems updated and fielding calls and managing correspondence from project team members. Collating and producing multiple project status updates including flagging issues that may impact the overall delivery of the programme, handling sensitive material appropriately where necessary.


Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in a relevant field, preferably with a NIE Diploma in Special Education (DISE)
  • At least 1 year experience working with persons with disabilities in a similar setting
  • A natural self-starter who has a strong willingness to learn who has excellent communication, collaborative skills and willingness to learn.
