Our People and Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has a competent and passionate workforce to meet the aspirations of our service users. The postholder will engage key internal stakeholders on all people-related matters, including but not limited to onboarding, learning and development, employee well-being and manpower analysis and planning.
Critical Work Functions.
Strategic Partner: Aligning people strategies to RC’s objectives

Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a people agenda that aligns to, and supports, the overall strategic objectives of Rainbow Centre

Strategically manage workforce planning

Deliver employee engagement activities, initiatives and projects, ensuring they are undertaken on time, within budget and aligns with Rainbow Centre's mission

Integrate RC’s values and desired culture in working with employees, inspiring colleagues to engage with one another intentionally and authentically

Keep up-to-date on changing manpower trends and assist partner leaders with anticipating and resolving employee related issues

Collect and report data analysis of critical targets, as well as assisting reporting to key stakeholders and management
Change Agent: Partnering leaders to facilitate change
a. Support alignment with RC’s culture and institutionalize RC’s values through different engagement and communications platforms
b. Assess readiness before change, analyze potential impact and and develop change management initiatives
c. Navigate employees through change, including developing communications plans and training programmes to help employees understand and adapt to change
d. Evaluate success of change management initiatives
Administrative Expert: Ensuring Process Optimisation and Efficiency

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in employment and human resource matters

Report on workforce and succession planning, including manpower cost

Applies information technology to effectively deliver quality HR services including benefits administration, database maintenance, training administration, reporting and analyses

Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions; programs and policies
Employee Champion: Building an empowered, inclusive and thriving workforce

Implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and contributions and build workforce commitment

Implement initiatives to promote employee well-being
Qualifications & Experience
A good tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
