We are looking for a Programme Executive to join our Administration team in Admiral Hill School to provide administration and programme coordination support to the Programme Leads and Lead Teachers, so as to upkeep the quality of administrative structures and processes in the SPED Programmes.
Key responsibilities of the post holder:

Programme administration, which includes maintaining roster of relief staff, and staff on duty for assembly arrival and dismissal, providing administrative support for CCA programmes, applications and disbursements of grants, recording of student attendance, providing secretarial duties for programme meetings, and the maintenance of the programme calendar of events

Ensuring proper upkeep of teaching resources

Preparing statistics and relevant reports as requested, for reporting and communication purposes
You should possess the following:
- Diploma, preferably in Office Administration or equivalent
- At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented, with good organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders
