The Administrative team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the school and assists the school leaders in matters pertaining to financial, personnel and general administration of the school.
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory management, records management, over counter customer service etc.

Senior Specialist (Strategy & Planning)

The Planning and Organisational Excellence (POE) team plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of Rainbow Centre's (RC) key priorities and initiatives. The team ensures these critical projects are thoroughly coordinated, operationalized and reinforced across the organization in a cohesive manner. They also closely monitor the impact and outcomes of these initiatives.
Additionally, the POE team provides essential support for organizational governance and risk management. Serving as a central hub, they interface extensively with staff across RC to lead many of the organization's high-profile strategic endeavors.
The POE team also plays a vital supporting role for the Executive Director's engagement with the Board of Governance, management of strategic partnerships, and strategic communications for the organization.
Reporting to the Lead Manager, the Senior Specialist for Planning and Organisational Excellence (POE) will be involved in data analysis, project and change management, stakeholder engagement (internal and external), impact evaluation, programme innovation, grants management, and organisation level planning.
Given the nature of the position, it is crucial that the postholder ensure confidentiality and discretion, maintenance of protocol and administrative procedures, as well as management of information flow and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate would possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership to drive impact in this critical role within the organization. |
