The Senior/Lead Manager (Administration Operations) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the school by partnering with functional areas (finance, HR, IT, Facilities Management and Administration Operations) within RC to design, coordinate, standardize, and implement services and support for departments and programs. This includes developing and executing processes, procedures, workflows, and metrics that align with the business and service needs of each department and program in the school.

They also closely monitor the impact and outcomes of these initiatives. Additionally, the POE team provides essential support for organizational governance and risk management. Serving as a central hub, they interface extensively with staff across RC to lead many of the organization's high-profile strategic endeavors. The POE team also plays a vital supporting role for the Executive Director's engagement with the Board of Governance, management of strategic partnerships, and strategic communications for the organization. The Assistant Director, Strategic Operations, will provide critical strategic and administrative support to the Executive Director, focusing on governance, compliance, and organizational development. Comprising the Day Activity Centre, Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP), and Young Adults Activities!, these programmes aim to help individuals reach their fullest potential, achieve greater independence, and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. The Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP) provides holistic and timely case management and interventions to address the complex needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring comprehensive care and support. DCMP clients often have multifaceted support needs that require collaboration across multiple agencies and professionals. As part of the Interdisciplinary Care Planning (ICP) team in DCMP, the Life Coach will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other professionals to implement care plans, coordinate care arrangements, and report progress to the ICP team. The goal of the role is to empower clients, enhance their independence, and support their integration into inclusive communities.

Part of RC’s corporate division, the Technology and Administration Operations (“TAO”) department integrates technology with efficient administrative support to enhance service delivery. This includes managing IT services, safeguarding data systems, streamlining digital workflows, and maintaining critical administrative processes for client service excellence. The Senior Specialist, IT Applications Support will lead the development, implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of RC’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring alignment with business needs by working closely with users, stakeholders, and vendors. The role ensures that RC’s application systems are developed, maintained, and supported to deliver efficient and effective services and information. The postholder will also analyse business processes, evaluate vendor solutions, manage procurement processes, and oversee system implementations. Additionally, they will support the development of enterprise applications, act as a liaison between vendors and users, and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of systems.
