We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, overseeing and direction of the project (Hear My Voice) from ideation to completion, aligned with the agreed vision and outcomes of the project. The Learning Facilitator is part of the early intervention/preschool teaching team and works under the guidance of experienced educators to provide quality learning experiences for students and support the best deliverance of the curriculum. The Early Intervention Programme serves students with developmental needs who are 6 years and below.
Psychologist All locations
We are looking for a Psychologist to join our Accessibility Services team at Rainbow Centre. The team aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through effective therapy and psychological services so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives.
Speech Language Therapist All locations
We are looking for a Speech Language Therapist to provide high quality therapy and intervention programmes to enable students with special needs to reach the maximum potential and equip staff / caregivers with techniques that will enhance the student’s development.

Senior Executive, People & Culture Margaret Drive
We are looking for an HR Senior Executive who is keen on making a social impact by empowering colleagues so that they and the persons with disabilities they serve, can thrive. As a Senior Executive, you will engage key internal stakeholders on all people-related matters, including but not limited to onboarding, learning and development, employee wellbeing and manpower analysis and planning. The postholder plays an important role as the liaison on all communications and project execution activities for both internal teams and external clients. There will be frequent coordination and alignment across the three schools (Yishun Park, Margaret Drive and Admiral Hill).

You will play a key role in the design and implementation of programme activities, service coordination and administrative structures and processes in the programme. Our Special Education Programme caters to students between 7-18 years old. The programme is available at the Margaret Drive, Yishun Park, and Woodlands campuses.
Executive, Communications & Engagement Margaret Drive
The Executive for Communications and Engagement plays an integral role in elevating awareness of Rainbow Centre’s impact among strategically important audiences. The postholder shapes communications and materials to inform, educate, and inspire key audiences including press, potential and existing funders, and internal and external stakeholders to connect with Rainbow Centre’s vision and mission. This position also supports the department’s partnership initiatives for volunteers and donors.
