Our Accessibility Services aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through effective therapy and psychological services so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives.

Our Therapy Services team is looking for a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to deliver high quality therapy services for persons with disabilities whilst taking on supervisory responsibilities for junior therapists. The post-holder may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc.) as part of an interdisciplinary team and may take on cross-department projects requiring project leadership and coordination.

  • Develop self and staff, engaging in reflective practice and professional and personal development

Candidate Requirements


  • Possess a Degree or Masters in Speech Therapy and registered as a Speech Language Therapist under the Allied Health Professions Act. Applicants who are not registered will not be considered.
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience working with clients with disabilities, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent communications skills to establish interdisciplinary collaboration to provide client-centric service and achieve best outcomes.
