We are looking for an Admin Manager who plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our Margaret Drive campus and will assist the Principal and Vice Principal in all matters pertaining to financial, personnel and general administration of the school. You are responsible to review, simplify and alleviate the non-professional administrative work processes and workloads in the school. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient use of resources throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting process, financial control in the expenditure of public money and collection of revenues

  • School administration matters

  • Personnel administration matters

  • General administration including data management and logistics coordination


We seek from you:

  • Minimally 5 years relevant working experience or more in a similar setting.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications and is IT-savvy.

  • A degree holder in any field will be preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders

  • Able to assimilate and analyse information quickly and accurately, to think strategically, formulate decisions and make recommendations.
