The Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant/Executive provides financial, administrative and clerical support to the Finance team by ensuring that payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.  

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Payment Management

  • Vendor Management

  • Administrative and Clerical Support

You:

  • Typically with an AAT/LCCI/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting

  • With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity  

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel)

  • Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Meticulous with an eye for detail

  • Ability to work with initiative and tight deadlines.
