We are looking for an Associate Psychologist who will be a part of an interdisciplinary team, working under close supervision of the Senior or Principal Psychologist, will be responsible for the delivery of quality psychological services and may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc.).
Key responsibilities include:

Providing quality clinical services, including care planning, implement interventions as prescribed in case plans, completing reports, case notes and other documentation, following professional guidelines and guidelines required by the organization and caseload management

Service Administration by maintaining and monitoring client records related to service utilization in accordance to organisational and professional requirements, ensuring that the health and safety policy is adhered to and all equipment are properly and safely stored and maintained for safe use and participating in service improvement.

Continuing Professional Development by engaging in and articulating reflection and evaluation in practice, including evaluating the impact of contemporary issues related to the profession and sector and remaining up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organizational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct in order to uphold standards of best practice.
We seek from you:

Possess a Honours Degree in Psychology

Preferably enrolled in Master’s Programme in Educational/Clinical Psychology with a recognized university

Prior working experience in a special education setting will be a definite advantage

Postholder must be able to establish interdisciplinary collaboration to provide client-centric service and achieve best outcomes.

Able to handle the physical demands of the role, such as lifting clients and equipment
