Employability Services (“ES”) aims to equip persons with disabilities with the necessary core and technical skills for meaningful employment.
The ES Artability team manages all visual art content, training and exposure across all RC campuses via three programmes: (1) Visual Art In-Curriculum Exposure (“ICE”), (2) Visual Art Co-Curricular Activity (“CCA”), and (3) Talent Art. These programmes are designed to equip Rainbow Centre students with the necessary technical and soft skills needed to be meaningfully engaged in visual art.
The Artability Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and managing visual art training services under the Artability programme. This role involves conducting engaging visual art training sessions for students across all three Rainbow Centre SPED schools, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for meaningful artistic expression. The Trainer will employ innovative teaching methods tailored to diverse learning needs, ensuring effective lesson delivery.
Additionally, the Artability Trainer will manage projects that provide students with valuable learning opportunities, including art exhibitions, roadshows, galleries, and workshops. |

The Senior Executive, Accounts plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting effective financial management for RC. The Senior Executive, Accounts is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and the implementation of strong internal controls. The Senior Executive, Accounts will work closely with school leaders, programme and unit leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for sound decision-making aligned to the RC’s strategic goals. |

Our services aim to support persons with disabilities across their life stages, empowering them to achieve their highest level of independence and lead fulfilling lives. These services include education, learning, therapy, social care, and community integration efforts that foster inclusive opportunities delivered through early intervention centres, SPED schools and others programmes.
The Administration Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of these services, supporting service leaders in processing client information relating to financial, personnel, and general administration.
The Administration Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory and data management, confidential data management, over counter customer service and other operational responsibilities. The role may be assigned to any one of our services.

The Senior Executive, Partnership and Community Activation is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance collaboration with stakeholders, drive community engagement, and promote inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. To this end, the postholder will identify and cultivate partnerships that align with Rainbow Centre's goals, and execute projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management. |

Comprising the Day Activity Centre, Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP), and Young Adults Activities!, these programmes aim to help individuals reach their fullest potential, achieve greater independence, and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.
The Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP) provides holistic and timely case management and interventions to address the complex needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring comprehensive care and support. DCMP clients often have multifaceted support needs that require collaboration across multiple agencies and professionals.
As part of the Interdisciplinary Care Planning (ICP) team in DCMP, the Life Coach will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other professionals to implement care plans, coordinate care arrangements, and report progress to the ICP team. The goal of the role is to empower clients, enhance their independence, and support their integration into inclusive communities. |
