Key Tasks & Responsibilities
HR Shared Services
- Support the activities of the full employee lifecycle in Rainbow Centre (pre-onboarding, onboarding, in-service, offboarding, etc). E.g., providing logistical support for career fairs, onboarding, staff welfare events; and conducting campus tours for new employees of RC.
- Update employee records in the HR Management system.
- Support the automation and enhancement of internal workflows and processes.
- Coordinate P&C internal meetings and take meeting minutes.
Special Projects
- Support in HR-related internal communications, e.g., design infographics, draft EDMs.
- Conduct desktop literature review on employee wellbeing programmes, mental health initiatives, and emerging policies and practices.
Job Holder Requirements
- Minimum tertiary education, including students who are pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree currently.
- Interest in Human Resources-related work.
