The Administrative Executive is responsible for all duties, including, but not limited to, applications and admission functions, tracking and follow-up for student applications, data gathering and preparation for quarterly reports and submission, processing of applications and wait list management. The Administrative Executive ensure that student admissions are effective and efficient, and provides information on application process and fees


You will be working on:

  • Providing administrative support for the admissions of students to Rainbow Centre Early Intervention Centres and managing the School Readiness Assessments;

  • Assessing the fee status of students and ensure that they are entered accurately onto the students management systems;

  • Cooperatively to provide appropriate date for purpose of reporting, research, and effectiveness of the Admin Office;

  • Managing procurement process and other related administrative matters



  • Posses a good tertiary qualification

  • Having experience in VWOs will be an advantage

  • Have good knowledge and interest in disability, RC clientele profile and admission criteria

  • Skilled in planning, communications, computer literacy and able to multitask

  • Good oral, written and interpersonal communications skills in dealing with and engaging people at all levels
