Rainbow Centre is looking for an Operations Executive to join our Administration and Operations team in our Margaret Drive Campus. The incumbent will assist the Facilities Manager and School Leaders in estate management, fixed assets inventory, safety & security, transportation and logistical support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to oversee the estate management of the school to ensure smooth running of facilities and M&E services.
  • Reviewing and maintaining the school premises and property, including the establishment of security and safety procedures.
  • Planning and implementing facility improvement to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
  • Supervising and liaising with external contractors/vendors and maintenance/ cleaning support staff in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the school premises.


  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Facilities / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant disciplines
  • Preferably have at least 3 years of working experience in Facilities Maintenance / Building Management Supervision in a similar setting
  • Ideally possess Fire Safety Manager Certifications
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders, and to foster a collaborative atmosphere within the teaching team
