Rainbow Centre is looking for an Admin Executive to join our Administrative team in our Rainbow Centre Training and Consultancy (RCTC) unit. The Administrative team playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations of course administration, including matters pertaining to finance, logistics, system updates and preparation of materials.
As a reliable support to the school’s administrative team, the post holder shall provide efficient and effective office and service administration in the following areas:

Coordinate and manage the financial invoicing of course
attendances and billing to external organisations and RC
departments

Liase with course participants through the end-to-end process via
training management system and other communication channels,
including registration, enrolment, confirmation, completion, course
evaluation, and coordination/arranging make-up for participants
who’ve missed sessions

Assist with the coordination and logistics of course events, including
refreshments, transport and venue preparation

Carry out simple inventory monitoring and management

Cover duties of other administrative staff when required

Provide general admin assistance and support for the business unit
including ad hoc duties.
- Provide customer service via counter duties and attending to requests
or queries from visitors, staff and volunteers, eg, enquiry of training
room location, request to book learning spaces/rooms, enquiry of
course dates, etc.
- Ensure professional client-facing front office.
