About the Role

Our Finance team is looking for a Finance Executive (Payroll & Accounts Payable) to join our Payroll and Finance Team. 

The postholder is key in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the payroll to meet the stipulated payroll cycles and ensure legislative compliance. The Finance Executive is also expected to provide professional and efficient support to the Finance and People & Culture teams through the analysis of payroll data.

The postholder will also provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Finance team by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full payroll processing and verification and ensure compliance with all relevant local tax rules, employment act, CPF regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Payment management 

Do note that this position is based in our Margaret Drive campus.

 

Candidate Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Business, Human Resources or Accounting
  • At least 2 years of payroll and IRAS tax submission or accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of CPF obligations and Income Tax Act
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail, while possessing both critical numerical reasoning skills and a high level of responsibility and integrity
