The Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP) provides holistic and timely case management and interventions to address the complex needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring comprehensive care and support. DCMP clients often have multifaceted support needs that require collaboration across multiple agencies and professionals. As part of the Interdisciplinary Care Planning (ICP) team in DCMP, the Life Coach will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other professionals to implement care plans, coordinate care arrangements, and report progress to the ICP team. The Senior Specialist, IT Applications Support will lead the development, implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of RC’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring alignment with business needs by working closely with users, stakeholders, and vendors. The role ensures that RC’s application systems are developed, maintained, and supported to deliver efficient and effective services and information. The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met. The Senior Executive (Facilities Management) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
