Our Employability Services (ES) team at Rainbow Centre aims to make work possible for as many aspiring Rainbow Centre clients as possible. We are looking for a Job Coach to join the ES team. He/She will play a key role in providing direct training and support to develop the vocational potential of our students. He/She will work closely with the school team and Employability Services team to formulate training plans and strategies using a person-centric approach.
Programme Executive for Young Adult Activities (YAA!) All locations, Margaret Drive
We are looking for an Programme Executive to join our Young Adult Activities (YAA!) team. You will play a key role in the design and implementation of programme activities, service coordination and administrative structures and processes in the programme. The Early Intervention Programme (EIP) aims to provide quality early intervention/preschool services for young children with disabilities so that they may achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone to join our EIP team in Yishun Park School as a Senior Executive, Student Relations & Operations. The postholder will serve as a bridge between the programme and its clients, enhancing the desired level and intensity of engagement of clients to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Associate Psychologist All locations
We are looking for an Associate Psychologist who will be a part of an interdisciplinary team, working under close supervision of the Senior or Principal Psychologist, will be responsible for the delivery of quality psychological services and may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc.).

We are looking for an Assistant Senior/Senior Social Worker who will be responsible for the provision of effective case management and social work services.
