The Advocacy and Community Engagement (ACE) team leads the development and coordination of RC’s communications and partnerships to advance our mission. We serve as a channel to amplify our services and programmes, bridge our clients towards stronger acceptance in the community and contribute to progressing the narrative of disability inclusion in Singapore.

The Executive / Senior Executive (ACE) who plays an integral role in engaging Rainbow Centre’s partners: volunteers, corporate partners, donors and our communities, so that they connect with our vision and mission. You will also work with other internal units to enable quality inclusive experiences for our clients.

You will be working on:

  • Partnership development, developing and implementing a strategic partnership management plan to manage corporate volunteers and befrienders.

  • Fundraising coordination, which includes developing and executing Rainbow Centre’s annual fundraising plan.

  • Volunteer and Befriender engagement, conceptualising and delivering community engagement activities, initiatives and projects, and coordinating engagement activities undertaken by different units to encourage and maximise community participation and involvement.


  • Posses a good tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Social Science or other relevant field

  • Having practical experience in the research, planning, development, implementation, evaluation and reporting of innovative community engagement programs will be an advantage

  • Have good knowledge and interest in disability and community services

  • Skilled in planning, communication, presentation, facilitation, event management, evaluation, report writing and correspondence

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills in dealing with and engaging people at all levels

  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers, across different levels of the organization and externally
