We are looking for an Programme Executive to join our Young Adult Activities (YAA) team. You will play a key role in the design and implementation of programme activities, service coordination and administrative structures and processes in the programme. You will also work to promote, assist and develop links with local communities, public agencies and the corporate sector in implementing and raising awareness of Rainbow Centre programs.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Programme and office administration which includes planning and maintaining the key activities and providing operational, logistical and administrative support for the respective programmes.

  • Publicity and public engagement / outreach, through planning and implementing key activities and developing materials. 

  • Reporting and communications

 

You:

  • Typically a Diploma or Degree holder

  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a similar setting, with at least 2 years experience working with individual with disabilities

  • Prior experience in project/event coordination or management will be an asset

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills in dealing with and engaging people at all levels

  • Possess skills in record keeping & billing, inventory management, financial management, physical distribution and logistics and computing skills (e.g. excel, powerpoint, word etc.)

  • Highly skilled in planning, organization, communication, presentation, facilitation, event management, evaluation, report writing and correspondence
