The Care and Enrichment unit aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through out of school hours care and enrichment programmes.

WOW (Watch Out World!) aims to help students with disabilities with higher order skills develop in specific areas of talent and interest. The Project Executive is responsible for the planning and implementation of the project plans and ensuring that outcomes are delivered. This job position will be a 1 year contract. At the end of the contract, there will be a chance of conversion to our permanent position, based on postholder performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Programme planning and implementation, which includes engagement of suitable community partners, tracking the progress of the students’ development and conducting of sessions, to ensure overall programme quality

  • Resource management of programmes and operations to ensure operational efficiency while staying within budget

  • Data collation and analysis for reporting and communication purposes


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage our community partners and build positive relationships with our stakeholders

  • The ability to coordinate and implement different development plans while working within tight timelines

  • Prior working experience in a special education setting will be an advantage

  • Manage the expectations of various stakeholders
